Oil Baths
An oil bath is a device for indirectly heating substances. A constant temperature is created by heating silicone oil, etc., placed in a liquid bath. By heating oil to around 200℃, it is characterized by creating a higher temperature environment than a constant temperature water bath. There is also a type that is integrated with the liquid tank and a type that is put into the liquid tank. The type that does not have a heater installed in the liquid tank and the type that the temperature control unit can be removed are characterized by easy oil replacement and cleaning. There are various types, such as those that can be heated while stirring with a stirrer, those with thermostats and overheating prevention devices, and those with PID control with a high temperature control system.We also handle burn prevention protection frames.
